ROOT_TYPE_DEF property not initialized during reset() in XMLSchemaValidator

The root-type-definition property is not read by the XMLSchemaValidator during
reset. This causes it to not be properly set in some configurations, such as
when validation is driven by a DOM DocumentBuilder.
I'll attach a patch and a test case for confirming the error.
