I didn't understand why we found these 2 APIs.
In maven, I'll update our dependencies to use from now the APIs comming from xml-commons.

now distributed with Xerces is called xml-apis.jar and originates from the
xml-commons [1] project. Xerces-J 2.8.0 bundled xml-commons external
1.3.03 [2] which can be found here [3] on ibiblio.
