Problems reported downloading Xerces 2.9.1 from main site

Apache Harmony uses Xerces 2.9.1 as a dependency.
A couple of people have reported problems downloading the binary code from the
main distribution site [1]. The download results in a shortened version of the
ZIP file whose MD5 checksum does not match the expected value
(a0e07ede1c3bd5231fe15eae24032b2e).
Please could somebody check that the file on the distribution server is ok and
that it can be downloaded successfully. I tried and it failed to fully
download for me too (I could get it from a mirror ok).
