Some fixes to assertions traverser code

I could notice few errors in the assertions traverser code, which I submitted
some time back and which was available in SVN.
Please find attached the Java files which I modified to fix these errors.
This fix provides following features:
1. add assertions support in Xerces MultiValueFacet framework.
2. certain changes are done in the file, XSSimpleTypeDecl.java to support
assertions.
Requesting you to kindly review this patch.
I am working further to write XPath 2.0 evaluation support in assertions.
