Hi all,

This vote has been open for over one week now. I think it's about time we
closed it and tallied up the results. There were 5 +1 votes (4 from
Xerces-J committers, 1 from the community) and no other votes.

+1 by:
- Arthur De Magalhaes
- Neil Delima
- Sandy Gao
- Michael Glavassevich
- Khaled Noaman

That's a +1 from all active Xerces-J committers so I'd therefore like to
welcome Hiranya as the newest Xerces-J committer. Congratulations!

Thanks.
