Hi Michael, Thanks for your reply. I thought I needed importNode() on PSVIDocumentImpl while building tree for assertions.
But now I don't need to use this method.. I have found an alternative logic to meet the requirement. PS: I seem to have achieved schema aware XPath evaluation with Psychopath. After doing some sanity testing at my end, I'll update the JIRA issue with the latest code.
