Hi Mukul,

We've made minor tweaks in the past as late as the date of the release, but
generally those last couple days are spent updating the documentation,
making other non-code changes and actually doing the build and testing on
that build. We should probably leave 2 or 3 days for that though nothing is
set in stone.
