Please disregard the previous patch, the XPathMather has many other problems
and trying to fix one part breaks other cases. It needs a complete rewrite. I
just reimplemented it and from the first tests it seems to solve all the open
identity constraint related issues. I will double check and post the updated
implementation as soon as I do more tests.
