In class org.apache.xerces.xinclude.XIncludeHandler in line 1601 ff, some
properties are copied from the parent XMLParserConfiguration to the child.
During this process, the grammar pool is not being propagated.
To keep things tidy, support for grammar table should probably also be added to
the following methods:
- setProperty(String propertyId, Object value)
- reset(XMLComponentManager componentManager)
