Description: XercesJ XML Schema 1.1's XPath 2.0 implementation, has little
non compliance for the implementation of regex flags (ref,
https://www.w3.org/TR/xquery-operators/#regex-syntax). This affects the XPath
2.0 function implementations, for fn:matches, fn:replace and fn:tokenize.
