Description:
setEntityResolver on SAXParser is not being called to resolve
xsi:schemaLocation.
Example:
class DummyResolver implements EntityResolver {
@Override
public InputSource resolveEntity(String publicId, String systemId)
throws SAXException
{ throw new SAXException("Access denied."); }
}
// main()
// Path schemaPath ...
// Path dataPath ...
