Few XercesJ ant build targets for producing XML Schema 1.1 builds, have issues
producing XercesJ XML Schema 1.1 binary builds, due to the XercesJ ant
build.xml file (on the XercesJ svn branch xml-schema-1.1-dev) not referring to
an XPath 2.0 processor jar.
