also, your fix to change the constructor of the java class as
XMLAssertXPath2EngineImpl(Map, String systemID), I seem to have differed from
this by adding another item (which is base-uri for elements of xs:assert XML
subtree) to an input map for this constructor.
This is technical point. Both ways for this fix seem to be ok. IMHO, I'd like
to retain the code of my fix for thisjira issue.
