I am adding a feature (defaults to off) where the DOM parser will add
location info to DOM nodes.

I have what I think is the code roughed out. It compiles with build.sh jars
and the tests compile with build.sh tests, but I am having a hard time getting
it to run my junit tests. (with build.sh test).

I am unfamiliar with Xerces J and have not used the ant build tool. This is
my first attempt to work on it. I'm not sure what to expect when I type
'build.sh test'.
