That's going to confuse people. I suspect they were thinking that this
is version 1.3.02 of JAXP; but it's also version 2.0.2 of SAX and
probably version 3 of DOM, and lord knows what else. Plus even though
it's newer, most people are likely to just look at the version number
and pick xml-apis-2.0.2.jar or xmlParserAPIs-2.6.2.jar instead.
Is there any chance we can sync this up with the Xerces version and add
one labeled 2.7.1?
