I could able to solve my issue by adding xml-apis.jar in the path where it
is referring during runtime.
I could have not resolve this issue in quick time without your help.
Thank you for your help and requesting you to do the same for others when
they stuck up as well.

If you're compiling in one environment and running in a different one you 
need to use the Endorsed Standards Override Mechanism there as well.
