Position: Conversion Test Lead Location: COLUMBUS, OH
Duration: 5 + Months Short Description: Lead the overall testing efforts for a Conversion testing team. Complete Description: This includes, but it not limited to creating the test plan, assigning work to team members, completing daily status reports, working directly with project manager to assure testing milestones are articulated in work plan and then met. Individual needs to understand how to plan the testing cycles for a large scale conversion effort. This will also include managing a full application regression test against the converted data. Under general direction, leads a team responsible for carrying out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end user requirements. Leads a team that is responsible for all aspects of the testing lifecycle including analyzing and testing software to ensure proper operation and freedom of defects. Reports progress on QA activities to senior management, assists in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs. Provides direction and monitoring for the work of team members Behavior Characteristics: Six years of experience in a quality assurance and testing environment. Project management experience is preferred.
