Title - Infrastructure Admin
*Location - Indianapolis, IN(Locals for F2F)*
Duration - 6 Months
Interview - In-Person

Responsible for
• Overall Infrastructure strategy and plan
• Availability and monitoring of server fleet (servers, DB’s, VMs etc)
• Support model for server fleet
• Capacity planning for server fleet
• Intake and growth of server fleet
• Infrastructure change management
• Annual budgeting
• Integration with other processes (APM, Vendor Mgmnt, Support etc)

Standard business hours, with some after hours to support application and
infrastructure change (typical frequency 2 events per month)

Tasks and management processes
• Operate uniform/holistic server monitoring process to measure
• Operate capacity management plan (e.g. capacity baseline, periodic
monitoring, capacity scale plan etc)
• Operate integrated infrastructure change management model
• Establish integration with test automation, to provide automation to
infrastructure change validation where ever possible
• Document infrastructure and the distributed ownership, SLA, OLA etc
• Maintain Infrastructure inventory repository
• Establish support model/service for FEP, integrated into the BST support
• Establish integration with Strategy/Architecture function as part of
overall change forecast
