Interviews: Phone screen and then possible face to face Submissions: to prime vendors Hidden layers in submission: Nil Priority: High Job description: This project came about bc Obama bailed out 150 student loan lenders that had no money to lend. The Department of Education now has $5.4M in exisiting loans that need to be processed by 9-1-2009. BOA is going to be a 3rd party service provider for this project, and is implementing 2 huge wholesale lockboxes for this purpose. They have to be ready for the 9-1 implementation so this is very time sensitive. Immediately putting together encryption technologies, SOWs (statements of work), etc.. They need a PM to keep track of 8 vendors. They will have to process 100K student loans in September and 250K student loans in October! The "Agency Cashflow Profile" or "ACP" is one of the most important documents they will be dealing with. It is a document created by the Federal Reserve to electronify checks, similar to Check 21. BOA Lockbox and VICOR experience plus exposure to SOWs and ACPs , ability to drive quick results with little hand holding = the perfect candidate. Additional Information: PM will be mapping out the processing and turning it over the othe development teams. Need to do the orchesration. The #1 main duty will be taking the ACP and SOW documents and setting up the process with each vendor.. PM will be training these vendors on the process (for example, what scannable document is required)...this involved meeting with those vendors at least twice a week to review the ACP and SOW.
