The rate we can pay is $40/hr for a 3 month contract. · This will need to be a *Guidewire** Claim Center** Package/Java developer.* · *Guidewire is the Insurance package PMA* is implementing and Claim Center is the portion of that package we're working on. · The package skills are insurance industry specific. *Required Skills:* · JAVA · SSIS · *Guidewire** Claim Center** Insurance* Claims Processing Package Software) · SQL Server 2005, DB2 · *Mainframe and Client Server Platforms* *Position Description:* Develop a solution for the conversion of all insurance claims data, payments and financial data, from various outside sources, including open and closed claims for Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Property and Liability (PAL) claims. The current process is *mainframe COBOL, DB2, Excel and Access* and the target environment will use a combination of custom code development JAVA and SSIS. The developer is expected to design, develop and deliver a repeatable process that can be modified for changes in input data format and content. The developer will be required to perform custom programming and build SSIS ETL conversion packages. Additional technology details: Guidewire J2EE Framework, Guidewire Data Extract API, Guidewire Java plugins, Web Sphere Message Broker v6.1, JMS queues to *WMB, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server 2005 development tools, Java Development Kit 1.5, Eclipse, Apache ANT, Tomcat, TortiseSVN, IBM’s InfoSphere DataStage, COBOL, IBM Data Studio mainframe DB2 Web Services, DB2 utilities for exporting data, DB2 Connect Runtime configuration. * Client facing skills to design solution in a structured workshop approach.
