The candidate must have good working knowledge of Wise Package Studio and Microsoft App-V sequencing. Qualified applicants for the role of App-V Sequencer will have the following technical and administrative skills: · Deep experience with application installation and desktop configuration · Experience with understanding and documenting application requirements and dependencies · Experience with Microsoft Application Virtualization 4.5 or later · Experience packaging applications using the Microsoft App-V Sequencer v4.5 or later · Experience navigating the registry, Windows file systems, networks · Active Directory Experience · Distributed environment and enterprise-grade applications · Familiarity with working in virtual environments such as VirtualPC, Hyper-V, VMWare, etc. · Experience editing and manipulating XML files · The most qualified applicants will have experience with o VBScript, Windows Batch and PowerShell o MSI format and manipulation, MSI logging o System Center Configuration Manager .
