Ability to generate Software design specifications Ability to generate designs to support new requirements on an existing system Ability to understand requirements Object oriented development utilizing ActionScript Proficiency utilizing the Flex framework. Graphics programming – bitmap and vector manipulations. Styling/skinning of Flex applications.
