· H Prepare detailed system requirements, technical data mapping of business process rules and provide leadership through all phases of the System Development Life Cycle. · Partner with Business Partner and other IT staff to ensure the design accomplishes both business and technical requirements · Leads a systematic process for capturing detailed business functional and technical requirements JAR/JAD session. Works with business/technical partner to capture requirements in a standard format that can serve as the foundation for developing technical documentation · *Excute Manual System Testing with SQL* · Participate in user acceptance testing · Attend Data Architect sessions to define table structure required in the data warehouse · Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent work experience · 5 or more *years experience in Data Warehouse development* and testing · Advanced experience gathering business/technical requirements and turning those requirements into system technical designs/solutions · Expert knowledge and experience of System Development Life Cycle, product development and system gathering methodologies, database methodologies and system integration · Advanced, demonstrated proficiency and experience with SQL · Experience strong knowledge of Medical Loss Ratio and Rebates, Claims Processing, Finance and general Ledger.
