Responsible for the research and analysis of data pertaining to the IT Refresh Lifecycle Management methodology used by the Infrastructure and Operations organization. · Expected to perform Audits on and identify improvement opportunities to current Databases and processes that support the refresh program today. · Responsible for preparing reports and presenting data to Executive Leadership in support of the refresh program. · Deep Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel understanding is mandatory. · Creating graphs and visual presentations in *MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to be shared with Executive Leadership.* · *Data mining and reporting leveraging* Client specific tools such as Athena, Server Information Database (SID), Entrack, and other inventory/asset management methods. · Project management experience and/or fundamental understanding This individual is expected to perform with minimal supervision to formulate and define business transformation scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements. With this knowledge, designs or modifies moderately complex business processes and the corresponding information technology solutions. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing business processes as necessary. Guides and advises less experienced staff. Competent to work in the initiate phase of solution delivery life cycle and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. *Skills: * Three years of experience in business consulting and analysis involving business process analysis and design, performance improvement, problem solving, planning, coordinating and organizing. · Demonstrated ability to identify needs for the purpose of defining and distilling requirements. · Demonstrated ability to work with the user community and project team to define scope. · Must have the ability to analyze and design organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, governance, staffing, and sourcing. · Demonstrated ability to steer organization-wide change such as change in business model, restructuring operations, new technologies, mergers, major collaborations, etc. Must have project and process management skills. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels within the company as well as external parties. *Experience* Up to *7 years of IT experience with 1-2 years in solution area.* Basic IT industry knowledge in specific areas. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. *Education* Undergraduate studies in business, insurance, mathematics, computer science or related field is preferred. Prefer degree or professional insurance coursework.
