SE Role - Solid *Java development* skills. - Development is done in *Linux, so Linux experience* is important. - *ATC uses JBOSS and Apache*. - Experience running *Java code in these would be good*. - Experience with a framework is require -- (*JSF is preferred, but candidates with Struts, Spring and SEAM* should be able to transition into JSF are good enough). One or two of the four frameworks are required.
ATC wants to make sure that the candidates real experience aligns with their resume.
