Position: Senior Oracle DBA ( 2 Positions) Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: Long Term Rate: $55 per hr on Contract Experience and Skills Required: •At least 10 years of experience in Installing and configuring Oracle instances and databases. • 10 years of Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g on Redhat linux and AIX platforms. • Knowledge of database and custom systems architecture. • Extensive experience in installation and configuration of Oracle RAC servers and standalone servers. • Experience in building at least 3 production RAC environments for databases greater than 1TB from server hand-off to go-live. • Experience with database and custom systems migrations. • Extensive knowledge of data migration methods of databases from 100Gb to 3TB in size. • Knowledge of database development and operations. • Requirements gathering and documentation. • Experience in database and OS tuning, and resolution. • Installation and configuration of Grid Control and scripting where necessary. • Provide target environment documentation and training to dba team.
