Please consult [XEP-0054 http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0054.html
#sect-id2258659]. It should be <vCard/> not <vcard/> element. Same for
<PHOTO/>, <TYPE/>, etc.
XML is case-sensitive, so you need to be carefull in the case of the
elements you send.
