Hoped that maybe something would change with the new release, but what
I'm seeing is that, after copying my configuration .xml files to the
build directory, and editing them to use unique ports, that it doesn't
listen on the external interface. That is, again using the working
files from 2.1.6, I can issue this command:
telnet localhost 5353 (instead of 5347)
and I get a prompt. Well not really but router responds as one
would expect when I type gibberish
but if instead I type:
telnet mordor 5353
telnet immediately tells me the connection was refused, and
likewise the client will immediately fail.
open to any suggestions .... how can I upgrade ...? again, 2.1.6
works fine, and both 'localhost' and 'mordor' respond the same.

hoping someone has some suggestions, or at least questions I
can answer...
