SM module manager ({{{sm/mm.c}}}) uses {{{dlfcn.h}}} to wrap dynamic
loader and {{{#ifdef _WIN32}}} to wrap Win32 .dll loader. We need to
change {{{storage/}}} modules usage to behave likewise.
