No, based on the installation guides I expected that file to be generated during runtime. Is that something that has accidently been left out of the tutorials or not normaly neccesary?

The strange thing is that by using Berkeley DB instead of sqlite I didn't get this problem but it instead crashed on user creation and login. Could it be connected?
