I think yes, they are the usual Jabber ports.
However, you can't really get it wrong: because they are specified in
the DNS record, they can be any arbitrary port. I'm in a shared
environment with other Jabber servers, so I run jabberd2 with non-
typical ports, with no ill effects (other servers and clients all
check the DNS record for the correct port).
