I'd like to add support for virtualhosts in the next debian/ubuntu packages. What do you think would be the best way ? Maybe something like apache2 does ?

/etc/jabberd2/domains-available/
/etc/jabberd2/domains-enabled/ (with links to the dir before)

I gues it's the way to go.

Do you know if this virtual hosting is applicable to mu-conference ? Launching
different instances changing:

<name>conference.localhost</name> <!-- the jid of your component -->
<host>conference.localhost</host> <!-- this should be the same as above -->

Yes. But you need to start multiple muc binaries (with different configs).
