I am working on adding support for "default" SM which will handle all
otherwise unspecified domains.

And I don't like the idea of binding the SM with 'authreg' table.
Authentication process is a job of C2S and SM does not need to know
anything about how and where user was authenticated and authorized to
use the given JID.
