I already read your original post on jadmin, but still I don't
understand your intention by trying this.
We have also a distributed setup for our XMPP-Service - but with working
dialback-authentication. There schould be no problem if all
s2s-instances share the same secret on the network. (I think this fact
is documented in s2s.xml as well)
