I was expecting it, but a shame indeed.

Now, I'll have to hack on JabRef myself... I have interest in seeing
support for:

1. Bibliographic Ontology Specification [0]
2. Search/download from Connotea
3. Search/download from CiteULike

Regarding 1), I already uploaded a preliminary patch to the SF patch
tracker [1]... (*many* patches there actually... is anyone tending to
those at all?) It's been a while since I hacked on JabRef, so input
most welcome. I'd also like to hear some pointers for writing an
importer of bib data in XML file formats...

Regarding 2 and 3, I am quite lost: please provide me with some
pointers where to hook in things. In particular:
- where should I register a menu item?
- how is the search functionality results (HTML from the website)
linked with the found items table widget?
