Dear Frédéric, Yes, we have. We were keen to list it at https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/milestones - It is scheduled for April 15th. Thank you for reminding. We planned to send out a message soon as soon as the localization strings stabilize. When reading https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/pull/1013#issuecomment-204788193 and subsequent pull request, I think, our translation strings should be stable now!
