Hi,
References are usually in the form of:
Author (year). Title [...]
So, based on your proposition, I believe it would be better in the
followin order:
JabRef Community (2007). Jabref 2.3.1
Maybe adding the website?
I do not if Morten has already thought about the best way to cite
JabRef, but, as an example, for R (software for statistics),
it is recommended to use:
@Manual{,
title = {R: A Language and Environment for Statistical
Computing},
author = {{R Development Core Team}},
organization = {R Foundation for Statistical Computing},
address = {Vienna, Austria},
year = 2010,
note = {{ISBN} 3-900051-07-0},
url = {http://www.R-project.org}
}
