I don't know which changes could have affected this.

I can update the .classpath file in SVN. I don't use Eclipse myself,
so I don't notice if this file is out of date.

All changes in the Jabref-mrdlib branch were merged into trunk before
the release of 2.7 beta 2. So at this moment the branch doesn't
contain anything that you won't find in the trunk.
