Dear users, I think there have been some justified complaints now and then about the duplicate detection in JabRef. I'm currently working on improving this (not working on GUI related changes, just on reducing the number of false positives and false negatives), and have an algorithm ready for testing. The test cases I can make for myself are limited by my imagination, so I'd be happy if some users would be willing to help out with the testing of the duplicate detection. If you are interested, just send me an e-mail, and I'll send you a test version!
