Hi,

on Windows, the preferences are stored in the registry. If you run
Regedit, you should be able to find it under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, and
Java or Javasoft or something like that, I don't remember exactly. I'm
not sure if you can easily delete the parts of the registry relevant
to JabRef, but if so, it would be regenerated with default preferences
next time you run JabRef.
