Dear Jabref developers, First, thanks a lot for this piece of software, which has been very valuable for me for several years already.
In the last versions, I however noticed a regression in the OS X integration. In particular, quitting JabRef kills the app abruptly, bypassing the standard procedure (saving session and proposing to save files). After some digging, I noticed that it is due to the full commenting of the OSXAdapter, which occurred at rev 3334. While the API employed in this class is indeed deprecated, it is still functional. I am thus wondering if there is a reason for this regression ? As a side note, I also submitted a patch (ID 3479610), trying to deal with another small issue on OS X, where Alt modifiers for key shortcuts on menus seem to not be handled properly.
