Right: new packages are now up at the same location (
http://mef.fedorapeople.org/packages/jabref/), with jpfcodegen packaged as
a separate project.

Don't hesitate to ask if you have other questions that come up during

Well, now that you mention it ... :)

   - The files "gpl2.txt" and "lesser.txt" included in the tarball seem to
be old in that they include an obsolete address for the FSF. I think the
   new ones are http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt and
   http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.txt
   - There are several patches I had to apply to get things to build
properly which might be interesting (most of these are also in the Debian
package, as far as I can see):
patch bst.g to be processed with modern versions of the antlr tools
instead of the older bundled version (nb: I also had to move
bst.g to Bst.g
      to make things work right)
missing import?
      -

http://mef.fedorapeople.org/packages/jabref/jabref-2.8b-TableComparator.patch--
required to use the very latest version of the "glazedlists" API
instead
      of the older bundled version

All the best,

MEF
