Hi, I have just begun to use JabRef and have a couple of questions. The reason
that I am using it is that I need to export citation information that is
currently in Mendeley into FileMaker Pro in order to run reports on the
citations that I have. I am unable to transfer the information directly from
Mendeley to FileMaker Pro so someone suggested using JabRef in order to get it
there.
1. Is it possible to add additional fields to my export into JabRef from
Mendeley? For instance, I would like to be able to transfer author(s)
(individually, if possible), Publication information (Journal, Year, Volume,
issue, pages) Abstract & Tags
To have the most successful layout for FileMaker Pro, I need each item to be in
its own field.
I really appreciate any assistance, and instruction, you can give me...this is
not really in my comfort zone but I think it will make my project a huge
success!
