Dear all, I am experimenting the possibility of JabRef to create an entry based on drag and drop of a pdf file.
When I drag and drop a pdf file in the JabRef interface a window appears with 4 possibilities. These are my results. The first one, "Create blank entry linking the PDF" perfectly works. The second one, "Create entry based on XMP data", correctly extracts the XMP data, but the pdf file is not linked (the file field is not created). The third one, "Create entry based on content", correctly links the pdf file and extract the doi, but most of the other fields are wrong. The fourth one, "Create entry based on data fetched from Mr._dLib", correctly links the pdf file and extract the doi. The other fields are not very good but much better than "option 3". I think that in option 2, the non-linked file is a bug. Ciao ciao.
