Dear JabRef developers and users,
I was using JabRef version 2.0 for quite a while. Recently, I downloaded
JabRef 2.8.1, and found
the following three features are missing, i.e., i cannot find the
corresponding menu items in the place
of version 2.0. Could you please kindly take a look, to confirm whether
such features are removed,
or replaced by others.
(1). in version 2.0, there is a menu item "File -> Import and Append ( a
lot of sub-menu items for varius formats)".
However, this menu item with its sub-menus disappear in 2.8.1.
(2) in version 2.0, there is a menu item "File -> Import -> (many sub-menus
for various formats)". However, in version 2.8.1, there is only one "File
-> Import" menu item without any sub-menus.
(3) In version 2.0, there is a menu item "File -> Export-> (many sub-menus
for variuos format)". However, in version 2.8.1, there is only one "File ->
Export" menu item without any sub-menus.
