The easiest way is probably to edit the configuration using a text editor.
On Linux, you should find the configuration in the file
~/.java/.userPrefs/net/sf/jabref/prefs.xml. There is a single key-value
pair in this XML file for each custom export format, like this:
<entry key="customExportFormat0"
value="mintest;/home/alver/jabdoc/test.layout;.txt"/>
The value has three parts, separated by semicolons. First the export name
(the one you use from the command line), second the path to the primary
layout file, and third the default extension for this export format.
So, if you just add such a line for your custom export format on the
server, it should do the trick. If you have several custom exports, you
need to have one numbered 0, then 1, and so on.
