Hi Cody,

here a summary of font size options in Jabref (all start in Options -> 
Preferences):

1) menu and labels:
Appearance -> General

2) table (main list of references):
Appearance -> Table appearance -> Set table font

3) preview of reference:
Entry preview -> Preview 1 / 2
Here you need to edit the html-code. Just add to the initial font-tag a 
size attribute. E.g.:

<font face="arial">

becomes

<font face="arial" size="6">

After I adapted these three options the font in the entry editor also 
had an appropriate size, but as there is no separate option for the 
editor, I cannot currently tell which of the three options above 
controls that.
