Hi, I wanted to index some course documents (slides, manuscript, etc.) with Jabref. There is often several files linked with one course (e.g. several slides). Therefore I wanted to put all of them in a directory and add this path as the file 'field' and fire a file browser to open it.
I have noticed that this is possible although a bit indirectly: in the 'General' tab, I click on '+', cancel the file chooser (which doesn't allow to pick a folder), enter the path manually and choose a random type. Then Jabref then starts a file explorer when I hit 'F4'. Another workaround would be to choose a file (or all of them) and then click on 'open folder'. I was wondering if we could allow to select a directory in the file chooser and/or add a link of type dir.
