I'm running JabRef 2.8.1 with several BibTeX databases. It stopped working properly with one of these databases. When All Entries is selected, all entries in that database are displayed. This is normal. But when I click on any subgroup, instead of selecting items associated with that group, it shows no items at all. That is, all items are grayed out.
I don't know what I did to cause this, but it may have been that I had mistakenly been running two sessions of JabRef. At one point I was asked to correct group links. Is it possible to restore the file with the linkages from backup? Or am I simply misconfigured? I have 2600 entries in this database and going back to redo everything would be a major project.
