Beside the reported bug that the Auto Setting Link dialog does not automatically close, I would like to add several other anomalies.
The autolink often, but not always, fails to add the source file to the File field. This forces one to use the Open dialog to search for the source. For my system, I define Main File Directory as /storage/jabref/, and files are kept in several sub-directories such as docs, reviews, notes. So far I have not found what determines whether or not the source file is found in these sub-directories. The Save All shortcut, Ctl-Alt-s does not work. Nothing happens. One has to click the menu item with the mouse to save all. Perhaps the problem is that it remembers the path to the last source linked but cannot find sources in another location. Just a suggestion. I find it hard on my system to see which database tab is currently active. I suggest the active tab color change to distinguish it clearly from the other tabs.
